Fasentro.com is an electronic shopping site (E-Commerce) from PT. Maxistar Intermoda Indonesia (MAXISTYLE), which since 1991 has been known for marketing high quality textiles to retail textile stores throughout Indonesia.

Are Fasentro Outlets available in every city in Indonesia?

At present, Fasentro Outlets only available in 4 city. There are Tasikmalaya, Sukabumi, Pekalongan and Karawang. We are a growing company that possible will open in your city.

Click icon people on the top right, then mouse over to the below login form, click Sign Up. After Sign Up form appear, please fill your data.

How to change password?

Click tab Member details on My profile page. Then fill your old and new password.

How if i forgot password?

Click Forgot your password on Sign up form, then fill your email and click Reset password.

Your reset password link will be delivered to your email.

How can i change my information at Fasentro account?

Click Member details on My profile page. Then change your information in the form on the right. As a note, email address cannot be changed.

How to add shipping address?

Click Add Address on My profile page on tab Address Information. Complete you data with correct address. If the address will be the main address, click checkbox set as default address.

How to add/delete registered shipping address ?

Click Address Information on My profile. Then choose shipping address which you want to changed or deleted.

How to change Fasentro account name?

Sorry. You cannot change your Fasentro account.

Purchasing
How do you search products on Fasentro?

You can search products with 2 ways, by typing keywords in the top search column or by filtering on the products page

How to confirm product received?

Click Purchase history on My profile page. Select the order to be confirmed, then click Order Received button.

What if the product that i want not available?

You can contact us by phone, live chat or send us message on contact us form.

What if i want to buy product in large quantity?

You can contact us by phone, live chat or send us message on contact us form.

How to buy Fasentro products?

Choose the product you like, choose size and quantity then add to cart. Please check out and use voucher/promo code to proceed the payment

Are there shopping limits?

There are no limits on shopping, you can buy everything as needed.

Can i order fabrics in a custom way?

We strive to provide convenience for each of your uniform needs, we can make custom fabrics with certain conditions. For more details, please contact our customer service.

Can i order clothes at Fasentro?

At present, Fasentro just sell fabrics

How to see Invoice?

Click tab purchase history on My Profile page, then click Order Number on the selected order to show invoice list

How to cancel an order?

You can't cancel an order if your order have been paid. But if your order has not not been paid 48 hour in the future, the system will automatically cancel your order.

How to make a payment?

Please choose one of the payment methods in Midtrans service. Follow the payment instructions.

What payment methods are available?

Available Payment Methods are Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia(BRI), BCA, Indomaret, Alfamart, GO-PAY and Akulaku.

How to pay with voucher?

Choose one of the vouchers you will use by clicking view vouchers on the summary shopping page, which is displayed after you checkout.

How to track my order?

Click Purchase history on My profile page. Then click status on your order to track

What if i entered wrong delivery address?

Please contact our customer service. If you confirmed wrong delivery address after paying and the products have been delivered, delivery address cannot be changed.

What if product lost by expedition?

If the products have been shipped by expedition, so the lost product to be responsibility of the expedition.

How to get free delivery promo?

You can get free delivery promo when Fasentro has free delivery program.

Return
Can i return product?

We are certainly very concerned about Product quality and Customer satisfaction. Defective product from Fasentro, product which not match with the order or less quantity of product can be returned.

What are the terms of Product return?
  • The maximum product return is 2 days  after the product is received.
  • Defective product from Fasentro, product which not match with the order or less quantity of product can be returned.
  • Product cannot refunded to Fasentro if the product have been cutted by customer.
  • Products to be returned must be sent in advance by the customer and received by Fasentro. Then Fasentro will return the replacement products to the account that the customer has informed. Note: In this case, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
What are the terms of Money return?
  • The maximum money return is 2 days  after the product is received.
  • Defective product from Fasentro, product which not match with the order or less quantity of product can be returned.
  • Product cannot refunded to Fasentro if the product have been cutted by customer.
  • Products to be returned must be sent in advance by the customer and received by Fasentro. Then Fasentro will return the money to the account that the customer has informed. Note: In this case, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • About 80% refunded.

Go to My Profile page, then click menu Purchase history. Choose the order, then click Status for checking your return status.

The price listed doesn't include delivery fee.

Click on Fabric menu on the top page, then choose how to care as fabrics you are aiming for.

Can i get uniform model reference as my needed?

You can get uniform model reference from our Fashion consultant who always ready to serve you with newest fashion trend. Please contact our customer service or visit nearest Fasentro branch.

How many meters of fabric are needed for the size of clothes, pants or 1 uniform set that I need?

For the standard size clothes, you need (1.5 m/plain fabrics, 2m/batik), pants(1.25 m/plain fabrics), and 1 uniform set(2.5 m/plain fabrics). You can ask directly to our customer service for getting accurate fabrics size as your needed.
